Would you color your eyebrows pink?

I have an easy and sour answer to that... Hell Naw! We've seen the bleached eyebrows before and I'm not a big fan either but apparently having colored brows is a growing trend. A few very brave people (or crazy depending on how you see it) are experimenting with funky, bright colors. Yes, pink, purple or green eyebrows are what we might soon start seeing on fashionistas' faces all around us and who knows, maybe one day colored eyebrows will be just as common as lipstick or mascara.

Last fall's Balenciaga show at Paris Fashion Week embraced the trend and had models walk down the runway with pastel colored eyebrows. I can admit it looked fun and futuristic on the runway but it should stay on the runway; I wouldn't want to walk outside with this on my face.

It's Spring and everyone is adding more color to their wardrobe right now but please stay away from the eyebrows! If you really, really need more color on your face, I'm sure Buzz will agree with me when I say that a very bold and colorful eye shadow can do wonders.

To Prenup or not to Prenup?

I came across an article today that asked this simple question: "Will Kate be signing a prenup?" I think this one is kind of a spicy one... or maybe more on the tangy side :).

We all know Kate Middleton will soon be getting married to Prince William in a lavish ceremony but something I hadn't thought of until I read this article was: what's the “prenup etiquette” when it comes to royal nuptials? Is it common for a prince to ask his princess to sign a prenuptial agreement? Hmm apparently not, and it's not common for British couples in general to sign a prenup either.

Still if we look back, the Royal family doesn't really have the best track record when it comes to marriages with unfortunately too many ending in divorce. So maybe that should push William and Kate to consider drawing up something with their lawyers. Crown Princess of Sweden, Victoria and her ex fitness instructor husband who married last summer did sign a contract before the wedding. It was most likely a condition for the nuptials to take place, but at least if the marriage ends up on a sour note, additional drama can be avoided.

To make something clear I am not thinking prenup as a way to protect William from a gold-digging Kate! No, Kate is not royally wealthy but as the daughter of a self made millionaire her family is pretty well off and is even chipping in for the wedding… a little. Instead, I see a prenup as a way for this couple to be prepared and have everything laid out early on in order to avoid a huge media covered battle if things don’t work out. We all see the frenzy behind the wedding, people are obsessed with the Royal family and this mixed up with a heated divorce is a recipe for disaster.

That’s why I say be ready, just in case, and determine now what each will be entitled to in the event of a divorce. If they live happily ever after then no harm done, the prenup will be all forgotten while they live out their fairytale.
